Fedora 28 Python2-Django1.11 Security Patch: CVE-2019-3498 & CVE-2019-6975

This package provides Django in version 1.11 LTS, the last release

to support Python 2.

much as possible and adhering to the DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself)

principle.
