A report issued Thursday by the Justice Department's National Institute of Justice urges state, local and regional law enforcement agencies to increase and update training programs for officers and investigators to enable them to keep up with would-be cyber-criminals. The DOJ's report also calls for the creation of regional electronic crime task forces.
