The Cult of the Dead Cow, for instance, is a group of programmers, believed to be primarily from East European countries who have been hacking into Indian IT networks. This is just one of many such groups of hackers, whose primary purpose is extortion. They don't deface websites or bring your website down by launching denial of service attacks."
