In fact, brokers such as Ameritrade, E-Trade, and Suretrade; banks such as Harris Bank and Chase Manhattan; and bill-payment services such as CheckFree are already offering consumers wireless stock trading, banking, and bill- payment services in the United States, using readily available security technology.
