David Marchard discovered that Open vSwitch, a software-based Ethernet
virtual switch, is suspectible to denial of service via malformed IP
packets.

For the stable distribution (bullseye), this problem has been fixed in
version 2.15.0+ds1-2+deb11u4.

We recommend that you upgrade your openvswitch packages.
