Summary
default-rsyncssh.lua in Lsyncd performed insufficient sanitising of filenames.
Resolution
All Lsyncd users should upgrade to the latest version:
# emerge --sync
# emerge --ask --oneshot --verbose ">=app-admin/lsyncd-2.1.6"
